Job Purpose:
As the Store Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to achieve sales goals, enhance customer experience, and ensure the smooth operation of the store. You will oversee daily operations, recruit and develop team members, and implement strategies to maximize sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales quotas using cross-selling techniques for wireless phones, accessories, service plans, and features.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
- Train, coach, and develop retail staff to meet performance goals and exceed customer expectations.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure operational duties are completed accurately and on time (e.g., cash handling, opening/closing procedures).
- Lead by example in promoting outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience.
