Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic, fun, and professional Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Georgia. If you live local to Augusta, this is an in-person role at our clinic. If you are located elsewhere in Georgia or the surrounding areas, this is a remote role. The selected individual will work alongside a team of career-focused Lead RBTs, providing comprehensive client care that includes direct parent training and traditional case supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- 118 Expected Billable Hours per month (approx 27 per week)
- Be a positive leader who knows how to empower the team you’ll be supporting!
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough behavioral assessments.
- Oversee direct, hands-on ABA sessions as part of comprehensive client care.
- Supervise and mentor RBTs, enhancing their skills and ensuring high standards of care.
- Maintain active communication with families and professionals within the community to foster collaborative treatment efforts.
Work Environment:
- Deliver supervision in diverse settings, including clinic-based sessions, in-home support, and in-school supports. Additionally, telehealth remains an important tool utilized by our BCBAs to enhance our service delivery - reaching underserved communities throughout the state.

Pay: $75,373.58 - $90,000.00 per year
