Autism Allies provides in-home and center-based services out of our Central MA and Western MA locations. We are currently looking to staff patients in the following towns: Shrewsbury, Worcester, Westborough, Agawam, West Springfield, Springfield, Chicopee and the surrounding areas

Responsibilities
Provide center-based and in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis service
Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of applied behavior analysis
Arrive on time and prepared for therapy sessions
Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors
Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
Implement and follow Behavior Support Plans (BSP)
Teach curriculum and programming for each client’s BSP; model appropriate skills and/or social behaviors and monitor
Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
Complete datasheets, program sheets, and other forms of documentation
Prepare materials for individual and group activities
Track and report billable hours for insurance providers through practice management software
Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED required (Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred)
Minimum 6 months childcare experience or ABA experience preferred
Reliable transportation
Excellent verbal and written skills
Ability to pass a criminal background check

PART-TIME
Hours are between M-F 3-7 pm and/or Sat 10 am - 3 pm
Autism Allies is currently offering a sign-on bonus of up to $300 if scheduled for over 15 hr/wk.
