What You’ll Do
- Implement individualized treatment and behavior plans.
- Conduct data collection and deliver ABA training methods like DTT, NET, PRT, and PBS.
- Work in various environments (home, school, community, clinic).
What We’re Looking For
- Must-Haves:
- High school diploma.
- Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable personal vehicle.
- Ability to travel 30-45 minutes from home.
- Flexibility, organization, and computer literacy.
- Preferred Backgrounds:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related fields is a plus but not required.
- Experience in childcare, behavioral health, education, or therapy is a plus but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Walk, stand, stoop, and run.
- Lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
