As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in assisting clients, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat
- Set up customer profiles and update records
- Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism
- Support new customer onboarding and account setup
- Maintain digital and physical records
- Assist with scheduling, billing inquiries, and service requests
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform periodic reports and audits
- Additional duties as assigned by management
- Entry-level position - no prior experience necessary! Training provided
- Comfortable using Google G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and other software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and customer-first mindset
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- After school
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- Weekend availability
