About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an ABA Life Skills Trainer. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to implement behavior plans and support their daily needs.
Job Overview: The ABA Life Skills Trainer will be responsible for working one-on-one with clients in their homes or at our center, implementing behavior plans as instructed by their supervisor, and collecting data on client progress. Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior plans for clients with ASD
- Work one-on-one with clients in their homes or at our center
- Collect data on client progress and report to supervisors
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and their families
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (preferred)
- RBT or ABA experience (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license required

Schedule: Part-time (under 24 hours) and full schedule (24-30 hours) positions available. Sessions are after school during the school year and Saturdays. Early childhood sessions may be during the day as well. Schedule includes 4-hour shifts, 8-hour shifts, after-school shifts, and day shifts, Monday through Friday, no nights, and weekend availability.
