About Us: Autism Behavioral Center is a leading provider of autism services in New England. Our mission is to improve the independence and social awareness of individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), while increasing the knowledge, skill set, and quality of life for both the individuals and families impacted by ASD.
Our Services: We offer a comprehensive service model, including 1:1 in-home therapy, social skills programs, community programs, specifically targeting deficits that impact individuals with autism. Each service program is tailored exclusively to meet the needs of both the individual and the family.
What You'll Do: As an ABA Life Skills Trainer, you will work with 1-2 individuals with ASD, one-on-one in their home (and at our center), implement a behavior plan as instructed by your direct supervisor, and collect daily data on client progress. You will also develop and maintain relationships with clients and their families, and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications/Skills: Energetic individuals passionate about working with those impacted by ASD, organized and able to follow behavior plans, responsible and timely, desires a fun work environment with room to grow, experience working with individuals with ASD preferred but not required. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred. RBT or ABA experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver's license required.
