- Conduct FBAs
- Oversee treatment planning
- Conduct IOA and fidelity of implementation on staff
- Organize and analyze data
- Review treatment plans
- Develop and oversee implementation ABA programs

- Master degree or higher in the education field or related field
- BCBA or BCBA-D
- LBA in Connecticut
- Minimum of 2 years experience in supervision (In-home / Telehealth experience highly preferred)
- 3 years of Experience working with individuals with ASD
- Valid Connecticut Driver's License
- Proof of valid Car Insurance
- Good driving record
- Clean Background check
- Must have availability in the evenings and weekends (occasionally)
