Case Manager/House Supervisor-ANCHOR HOUSE

This role requires case manager and/or supervisory experience within a residential setting.

Autism Breakthrough provides a range of tailored services to adults with autism and their families and serves as a resource for the broader community. This includes creating a community-based housing that serves adults with a diverse range of abilities. Our goal is to teach, encourage, and support individuals with disabilities to live rewarding lives.

The Case Manager/House Supervisor exists to ensure all people supported have the services and supports needed to have a meaningful day and to live their vision of valued community living. This position is responsible for onsite oversight of adults with autism in our independent living program at the Anchor House. The Case Manager/House Supervisor acts as a support for the individuals in the program and helps teach each individual essential life skills to graduate from the program within 2 years. All duties are performed with the knowledge that Breakthrough strives to be the model of excellence for adults with autism.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
