- Part time: options as a 1099 or W2 status, flexibility in number of clients and location
- Manage caseload of no more than 10 clients
- Write and submit treatment plans as required for each insurance authorization period
- Conduct initial skills assessment (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R)
- Conduct FBAs and create behavior support plans (BSP)
- Provide supervision and instruction to direct staff on correct implementation of treatment goals and Behavior Support Plans.
- Ensure fidelity of each client’s treatment program and behavioral protocols
- Program skill acquisition programs in an electronic data collection system (Central Reach)
- Oversee data collection by direct staff and update programming throughout authorizations
- Provide and support
- Education: Master's degree
- Licensures: BCBA / LBA
- Supervise Staff? Yes
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Must be able to frequently assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) while attending to the needs of active children.
- Must be willing and able to utilize quick body movements as indicted in the Behavior Intervention Plan while working with challenging behavior.
- No prior criminal history
- Ability to utilize technology
- Basic computer skills- Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Windows
- Ability to operate basic office equipment
- Must be at least 18 years of age
