We are hiring Clients Relation Coordinator to join our team of ACT “Autism Care Therapy”
Our ideal candidate...
The focus of the role is on maintaining client satisfaction, retention, and referrals. The CRC will also be accountable for efficiently resolving and/or escalating client concerns, liaising and addressing complaints in collaboration with applicable departments.
- Participate in community outreach programs and present ACT in the community and other events.
- Complete the intake process of potential clients.
- Coordinate the enrollment process of clients with branch management, scheduling, and other relative departments.
- developing and managing key client relationships once the client has enrolled.
- Creating and maintaining client documentation in the appropriate format.
- Creating and managing client satisfaction procedures including client’s satisfaction and advocacy.
- Add clients to the EMR system and maintain their information up to date.
- Be a champion for ACT’s goals, its people and its mission, exemplifying its values, while supporting ACT’s strategic business building initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and fine-tuning of the process, procedures, and policies related to clients and their needs.
- Coordinate with providers to ensure the best services are provided.
- Perform other responsibilities assigned by management.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience as a client relations coordinator in similar industry field of ABA.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transpiration and able to travel.
- Must be over the age of 18.
