Job Description
- Lead, develop, and implement behavior analyst principles.
- Mentor, coach, train, and support BCaBA and RBTs in providing high-quality care.
- Aid in the development of instructional materials.
- Create treatment plans and recommendations based on ABC data, FBA, and initial assessment observations (training available when needed).
- Write Behavior Intervention Plans by modifying antecedents and consequences (templates and training available).
- Review and audit clinical notes.
