Autism Center for Enrichment is actively looking to add the right BCBA to our stellar Clinical Team! We have established long-term relationships with families and communities where you will be able to help shape and generalize the skills needed for clients to achieve functional independence in the most natural settings. Duties and Responsibilities:
The BCBA oversees and manages the clinical operations of the ABA Program.
This includes conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, monitoring progress, supervising analysts and technicians, and collaborating with other professionals and departments. The BCBA is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality ABA services while ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards. ·
- Assess clients using tools such as ABLLS, VBMAPP, AFLS and/or PEAK
- Develop skill acquisition programs based on skill deficits
- Develop behavior reduction plans
- Create treatment plans including all assessed components and goals
- Oversee client services to include oversight of treatment modification; caregiver education; direct 1:1 services to clients; behavior skills training; and IOA/treatment fidelity.
- Supervise assistant behavior analysts
- Field parental questions and/or concerns related to clinical services
- Manage, document and report staff/client incidents
- Responsible for supervisor mentorship
- Data Analysis
- Train and Supervise RBTs
- Conduct parent and caregiver training
- Collaborate with other service providers including Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Teachers
- Help maintain daily operations of building (opening and closing of building)
- Attend regularly scheduled team meetings
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications and Skills:
- Currently board certified by the BACB as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCBA-D)
- Two year minimum experience working with individuals with Autism
- Two year minimum experience supervising preferred
- Must have completed additional continuing education requirements to provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Verbal and Written communication skills necessary to explain complex and/or confidential information
- Communicate in a professional manner
- Possesses analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team
Education & Experience:
- Master's Degree in a related field to behavior analysis or education, including; special education, child development, and psychology, among others is preferred but not required
- Preferred two-year experience working with children and/or youths in education or ABA therapy
