Role Overview
As BCBA, you will oversee the implementation and supervision of ABA services, ensuring compliance with evidence-based practices while fostering a supportive environment for both clients and staff. Success in this role means driving measurable client progress, maintaining high clinical standards, and cultivating a collaborative, growth-oriented team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Supervision: Supervise the delivery of ABA services, ensuring alignment with best practices and client goals.
- Staff Development: Mentor and train Behavior Technicians, RBTs, and graduate students to promote professional growth and quality service delivery.
- Client-Centered Care: Monitor treatment plans, data accuracy, and compliance to achieve optimal client outcomes.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
- Family Advocacy: Partner with families to coordinate care, provide training, and advocate for client needs.
What We’re Looking For
- BCBA experience.
- BCBA certification and a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Proven expertise in supervising and mentoring clinical staff.
- A passion for delivering client-centered, evidence-based care.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
