Role Overview
As Clinical Director, you will oversee the implementation and supervision of ABA services, ensuring compliance with evidence-based practices while fostering a supportive environment for both clients and staff. Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Leadership : Supervise the delivery of ABA services, ensuring alignment with best practices and client goals.
- Staff Development : Mentor and train Behavior Technicians, RBTs, and graduate students to promote professional growth and quality service delivery.
- Client-Centered Care : Monitor treatment plans, data accuracy, and compliance to achieve optimal client outcomes.
- Operational Oversight : Manage staff utilization, monitor billable hours, and support organizational efficiency.
- Team Collaboration : Lead interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
