Role Overview
As BCBA , you will oversee the implementation and supervision of ABA services, ensuring compliance with evidence-based practices while fostering a supportive environment for both clients and staff. Success in this role means driving measurable client progress, maintaining high clinical standards, and cultivating a collaborative, growth-oriented team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Supervision : Supervise the delivery of ABA services, ensuring alignment with best practices and client goals.
- Staff Development : Mentor and train Behavior Technicians, RBTs, and graduate students to promote professional growth and quality service delivery.
- Client-Centered Care : Monitor treatment plans, data accuracy, and compliance to achieve optimal client outcomes.
- Team Collaboration : Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
- Family Advocacy : Partner with families to coordinate care, provide training, and advocate for client needs.
