What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position at Autism Center of Sauk Valley?
The Autism Center of Sauk Valley is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to provide clinic or in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in the Lincoln, IL area.
Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home ABA therapy to individuals diagnosed with ASD under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Implement behavior intervention plans and programs as developed by the BCBA
- Collect data on client progress and behavior
- Collaborate with caregivers and other members of the treatment team to ensure consistency in treatment and progress toward goals
- Attend and participate in team meetings and trainings
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 18 years of age
- Experience working with individuals with ASD preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes
