In this role, you will:
- Greet patients and their families warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as handling incoming and outgoing mail, scanning, copying and saving medical records
- Assist in maintaining a tidy and organized reception area and office space
- Follow clinic policies and procedures, including safety protocols and emergency preparedness guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, smiley and proactive.
- Part-time availability
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Google Workspace, EMR systems)
- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, therapists, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Knowledge or experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in pediatrics or autism care (preferred)
