Job Summary:
Autism HOPE is seeking a dedicated and experienced ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) Clinical Supervisor to join our team. The Clinical Supervisor will oversee the development, implementation, and supervision of ABA therapy programs for children and individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The Clinical Supervisor effectively manages a caseload of assigned clients and therapists by providing ongoing support, training, and consultation to ensure clients are getting the best quality treatment. This role will provide leadership to a team of behavior therapists, ensure high-quality care, and collaborate with families to support individualized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Development: Design, implement, and supervise ABA therapy programs tailored to individual client needs.
- Team Supervision: Provide guidance, training, and supervision to Behavior Consultants, Asst. Behavior Consultants and Behavior Health Technicians with and without the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification to ensure adherence to treatment plans, ABA best practices and compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Client Assessments: Conduct and/or review initial and analysis utilizing a variety of protocols, including but not limited to a Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), ABLLS, VB-MAPP to develop individualized evidence-based ABA programs that target client targeted areas of needs that are consistent with program designs and to evaluate the progress and needs of clients.
- Data Analysis: Review and analyze data collected from therapy sessions to ensure the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as necessary.
- Family Collaboration: Work closely with families to develop treatment goals, provide education, and offer ongoing support throughout the treatment process and updates every 6 months.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all clinical work complies with ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and Autism HOPE policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation and progress reports.
- Professional Development: Stay current with ABA research, methodologies, and best practices. Participate in professional development opportunities to continually improve clinical skills.
- Supervision: Provide BCBA supervision as needed.

Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
- Supervisory certification.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working with individuals with ASD and providing ABA therapy, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
