Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Part-Time BCBA to join our team. As a BCBA at Autism House, you will play a key role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs), providing supervision to RBTs, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of care. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dedicated team in a positive, growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct supervision and training to RBTs and other staff members.
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care for each client.
- Ensure all services align with best practices, ethical guidelines, and regulatory standards.
- Document and maintain accurate client records and treatment plans.
- Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities.
Schedule:
This part-time position requires a commitment of 3 eight-hour workdays per week. The specific days and hours are flexible and will be discussed during the interview process to accommodate both your schedule and the needs of the clients.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disorders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of clients and families.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
