We are HIRING aspiring Behavior Technicians who will provide one-on-one services to toddlers, children, and teens diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder in their homes, schools, and community. This part-time position is ideal for someone who wants to make a difference in a child's life.
Requirements:
1) Certified Behavior Technician is preferred(Help with training if needed)
2) High School Diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
3) Ability to pass a comprehensive background screening.
4) Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
5) Ability to promptly complete all additional employment requirements
Benefits:
1) HIGHLY competitive hourly compensation: $18-21 per hour
2) Flexible Scheduling. Part-Time, (15 hours minimum)

Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and support to individuals receiving behavioral therapy.
- Implement care plans and behavioral interventions under the guidance of a supervisor.
- Document patient progress and behavior observations accurately and in a timely manner.
- Utilize medical terminology and records to ensure proper documentation and reporting.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment strategies.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations in all interactions and documentation.
