We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant. The Admin is responsible for managing the locked entrances and lobby for our facility and using sound judgement to problem solve. Autonomy is important in this role. This role will also be tasked with contributing organization, structure, and supporting our Behavioral therapists, as needed. The role will also own the process of creating staff scheduling.
The ideal candidate will have receptionist experience, as well as an open mind to work with our clients who have been diagnosed with ASD or related conditions. The below are desirable characteristics for the role:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to bring enthusiasm and energy to the role
- Passion and dedication working with children with ASD.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must pass a criminal background check

Required Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a field of mental health
Job Type: Part Time
Pay: $24.00 - $26 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week (part time)

- M-F, 2pm-6pm
