We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in direct support, behavior management, and working with people with speech delay, Autism, or other similar diagnosis.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide ABA therapy to individuals with various goals
- Conduct assessments and participate in developing individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavior management techniques
- Offer family training opportunities
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Utilize data collection methods for tracking progress and outcomes
**Experience:**
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Experience in direct support and working with individuals on the spectrum
- Proficiency in behavior management techniques
- Ability to conduct research and analyze data

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or higher in a field of Mental Health or therapy
MUST be available on both Friday 9-5pm and Saturday 11am-5pm
Level I pay range: $21-$26/hr
Level II pay range: $21-$22/hr
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
