Position: Clinical Supervisor (Behavior Analyst / BCBA)
Full-time hours available at our center in Chatham, NJ as well as local daycare centers and in-home sessions. expected to work evening hours as needed.

Responsibilities/Job Description:
- Develop individualized behavior intervention programs based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA)
- Conduct all supervisory and program management responsibilities for families participating in the in‐home consultation and parent training
- Supervise, shadow and train caregivers/teachers/related-service providers working directly with clients
- Maintain regular contact with families and staff at appropriate times
- Develop, monitor, and analyze individualized data measurement systems for each intervention program
- Ensure appropriate implementation and maintenance of individualized ABA programs
- Conduct team consultation meetings and prepare reports to update client intervention programs
- Follow up at regular intervals with families and staff to ensure successful implementation of interventions and instructional programs
Clinical Skills & Procedures:
- Functional behavior assessment (FBA) and/or analysis
- Skills assessments
- Preference assessments
- Behavior plans & protocols
- Writing and submitting reports to funding agencies and team members
- Data analysis, progress measurement, and treatment planning utilizing the CentralReach practice management platform
Critical Functions (may include but are not necessarily limited to):
- Be able to lift 25‐50 pounds
- Be able to run short distances, sit on the floor, bend down, squat and kneel, quick reflexes to block or prevent behaviors from occurring
- Must have access to own computer, tablet or smart phone in order to develop programs and graph data on CentralReach
- Must have access to vehicle for transportation to clients’ homes or other locations throughout the service area (e.g., daycare, school or community outings)
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or related fields
- Must be currently licensed as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Proof of professional liability insurance (or ability to obtain)
- Completion of background check
- Completion of two professional reference checks
- Prior training in first aid or completion of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) training within 30 days of hire date
- Excellent understanding and utilization of the Applied Behavior Analysis and developmental psychology/human development treatment models
- Advanced knowledge of autism spectrum disorders
- Demonstrate superior knowledge of the function of behaviors and the use of FBAs for the development of program goals and intervention plans
- Demonstrate superior knowledge of funding sources rules and regulations and special education law for determining appropriate educational programming goals including effective instructional strategies to be implemented, and behavior plan development
- Demonstrate ability to communicate with multiple funding sources and parents/family members
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
