Your Responsibilities:
- Serving as a Clinical Supervisor: You will oversee the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans, provide coaching and training to behavior technicians, and facilitate parent education and communication.
- Clinical Excellence and Accountability: Ensure clients receive comprehensive assessments, goal-oriented treatment plans, and regular progress monitoring and reporting.
- Diverse Skills and Qualities: Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, and a passion for delivering person-centered care.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program
- Enrolled in a BCBA program and/or obtaining hours towards certification preferred
- At least one year of experience providing clinical program management under the supervision of a BCBA
