Job Summary
We are seeking a BCBA to join our team, responsible for leading Behavior Technicians, developing ABA programs, and conducting FBAs.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Lead and support Behavior Technicians, ensuring they implement treatment plans with high reliability and fidelity.
- Develop innovative ABA programs, continuously evaluating client needs and providing parent education.
- Conduct FBAs, adapting to change with flexibility and continuously seeking opportunities for growth.
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Active LBA Certification in the state of North Carolina as issued by the North Carolina Behavior Analyst Licensure Board.
