Your Role
You will be responsible for supervising and supporting Behavior Technicians to ensure the successful implementation of treatment plans. This will involve conducting FBAs and developing innovative ABA programs that address client needs and provide ongoing support to clients and their families.

A comprehensive training program that includes topics such as clinical best practices, Central Reach, goal writing, clinical problem-solving, CPT codes, and telehealth assessments. You will also have access to weekly office hours or one-on-one support as needed. Additionally, you will have opportunities for education and mentorship through monthly CEUs, annual in-house conferences, and leadership opportunities in sponsored research initiatives.
