Job Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and supervision to behavior technicians
- Conduct FBAs and develop ABA programs
- Stay calm and professional in challenging situations and adapt to change with flexibility
Requirements:
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the BACB
