About the Position:
At Autism Learning Partners, we are seeking an experienced Autism Care Professional to join our team. As a dedicated and compassionate individual, you will play a vital role in supporting children and teens with autism, helping them achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Providing high-quality care and support to children and families affected by autism
• Teaching communication skills, social skills, self-help skills, and play skills through Applied Behavioral Analysis principles
• Maintaining accurate records of treatment data
• Participating in regular training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have at least 6 months of paid working experience with children, or have been part of a volunteer program with kids, or possess ABA experience. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to remain organized and adapt to changing situations.
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $22 to $32 per hour, depending on your qualifications and experience.
