Job Description
This role involves leading by example and providing support to Behavior Technicians through effective supervision and guidance, ensuring they implement treatment plans with high reliability and fidelity. You will conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop innovative Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs that cater to each client's unique needs, providing parent education and problem-solving to help them reach their full potential.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you will need to be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with active certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and hold an active License in Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in the state of Connecticut.
