Role and Responsibilities
As a BCBA, you will lead Behavior Technicians, develop ABA programs, and conduct FBAs. You will work in a hybrid environment, combining telehealth and in-person supervision.
Our team offers ongoing education and mentorship, including CEUs, annual in-house conferences, and opportunities to lead sponsored research initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Active LBA Certification in the state of North Carolina as issued by the North Carolina Behavior Analyst Licensure Board.
