Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Role at Autism Learning Partners
We are seeking a licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and support our team of Behavior Technicians in developing and implementing innovative ABA programs tailored to each client's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example and inspire Behavior Technicians through effective supervision and support.
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop personalized ABA programs.
- Continuously evaluate client needs, provide parent education, and problem-solve to help each client reach their potential.
About the Opportunity:
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) is required.
- Active LBA Certification in the state of North Carolina is also required.
