About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Consultant to join our team. As a Behavioral Health Consultant, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with our clinical team to develop and implement ABA programs that meet the unique needs of each client. You will also provide consultation and training to our staff to ensure the highest level of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ABA programs that meet the unique needs of each client.

- Conduct FBAs and develop innovative ABA programs.
- Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure the highest level of care for our clients.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
