We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Specialist with Clinical Expertise to join our team at Autism Learning Partners. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized ABA programs that drive positive outcomes for our clients.

About the Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Design and implement functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop innovative ABA programs
• Provide expert guidance to behavior technicians to ensure high-quality care delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless care coordination
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure clear expectations and goals
