We are seeking a talented and compassionate Behavioral Support Technician to join our team at Autism Learning Partners. As a Behavioral Support Technician, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavioral Analysts to provide therapy to children and families. You will learn how to teach communication skills, social skills, self-help skills, and play skills through Applied Behavioral Analysis principles.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining active participation for the length of the session by engaging in play and keeping up with the energy of the child. You will also accurately record treatment data on the child's program goals and ensure client safety. To be eligible for this position, you must have a High School Diploma or GED completed and at least one semester of college coursework or be currently enrolled in college courses. You should also have at least 6 months of paid working experience with children, volunteer experience with kids, or ABA experience. Additionally, you must be able to pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam, and have immunities to MMR/VZV.
Salary : $23 - $28
