We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at Autism Learning Partners. As a pediatric specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and make a lasting impact on their lives.
As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with supervising Occupational Therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each child.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address the physical, emotional, and cognitive needs of each client
- Collaborate with supervising Occupational Therapists to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
- Maintain accurate records and communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless care
What You'll Need
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- State licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- 1-3 years of experience in pediatric occupational therapy
Salary : $28 - $36
