Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Teaching social skills, communication skills, and self-help skills through Applied Behavioral Analysis principles
• Maintaining accurate records of treatment data
• Participating in regular training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Collaborating with Board Certified Behavioral Analysts to develop personalized treatment plans
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you must have at least 6 months of paid working experience with children, or have been part of a volunteer program with kids, or possess ABA experience. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to remain organized and adapt to changing situations.
