As our Clinical Director, you’ll wear many hats – strategist, mentor, innovator, and collaborator. Here’s a snapshot of your key responsibilities :Leadership in Action : Oversee clinical and administrative operations for your region / sub-region, ensuring everything runs smoothly and with purpose.Partner for Success : Collaborate with Executive Directors, VPs, and corporate leaders to develop innovative business strategies and growth plans.Master of Metrics : Drive clinical and operational excellence through performance metrics, including clinical quality, retention, satisfaction, and financial goals.Budget Boss : Take the reins on regional financials, set annual budgets, and ensure responsible spending – including oversight of purchasing decisions to balance cost-effectiveness with operational needs.Team Builder Extraordinaire : Guide and support Supervisors and direct staff, fostering a positive environment and empowering them to reach new heights.Compliance & Communication Pro : Manage facilities, ensure safety and documentation compliance, and keep the lines of communication open across all locations.Relationship Builder : Maintain strong ties with funding agencies and community partners to support sustainable growth and client success.The Skills That Set You Apart :
