Your Role:
- Serving as a Clinical Supervisor: You will supervise and evaluate client programs, provide parent education, conduct assessments, and solve problems to ensure continuous client progress under the guidance of a BCBA.
- Mentoring and Supporting Staff: As a clinical supervisor, you will motivate and mentor behavior technicians, coordinate client visits, and offer coaching and clinical support to enhance service quality.
- Clinical Decision Making: Make values-based clinical decisions that prioritize what is best for your clients and their families, ensuring they receive full clinical prescriptions and timely progress reports and treatment plans.
- Dynamic Caseload Management: Balance direct intervention with supervisory responsibilities, embracing new challenges, prioritizing tasks effectively, and remaining flexible to manage a dynamic caseload.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program
- Enrolled in a BCBA program and/or obtaining hours towards certification preferred
- At least one year of experience providing clinical program management under the supervision of a BCBA
