- A competitive salary package, including total first-year earning potential of $94,000, base salary ranging from $78,000 to $84,000 based on experience, skills, and geography, and attainable monthly/quarterly bonus opportunities.

Your Role
- You will be responsible for leading by example and inspiring Behavior Technicians through effective supervision and support.
- You will drive positive change by conducting FBAs and developing innovative ABA programs, continuously evaluating client needs, providing parent education, and problem-solving.
- You will embrace challenges with grace, staying calm and professional in challenging situations, adapting to change with flexibility, and continuously seeking opportunities for growth.
- You will lead with initiative and openness, proactively communicating, taking initiative, and welcoming learning to create a safe environment for collaboration and knowledge sharing.
