We are seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead our team of Behavior Technicians in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting Behavior Technicians, developing innovative ABA programs, and conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support Behavior Technicians in implementing treatment plans with high fidelity and reliability.
- Develop and maintain ABA programs that promote client growth and progress.
- Conduct FBAs to identify functional relationships between behavior and environmental factors.
Requirements:
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Active Licensure as a Behavior Analyst in North Carolina issued by the North Carolina Behavior Analyst Licensure Board.
