This role offers a unique opportunity to work as a Clinical Supervisor - Home Based Services, overseeing the delivery of home-based ABA programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for motivating and mentoring behavior technicians, ensuring they learn, grow professionally, and implement treatment plans effectively.
We provide an extensive training program, including comprehensive training during the first 3-4 weeks of integration, office hours, or 1:1 support, as needed. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or a related program, required experience working with software solutions for data collection and programming, and at least 2-3 years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
