The Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the growth and business operations of the assigned regions that fall under their assigned Senior or Executive Director(s). The Operations Manager is focused on ensuring efficient resource allocation, executing on growth plans, partnering with regional directors, and using strategic oversight to help drive business success across various regions.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting our regions throughout Massachusetts, Connecticut, & Rhode Island but this job can be performed from anywhere within the state of Tennessee.

Essential Job Functions

  • Responsible for hiring and tracking Field Trainer and Regional Trainer needs within the various assigned regions
  • Analyzing and developing action plans in response to the client cancellation tracker to drive low cancellation rates across all assigned regions
  • Manage clinic client growth to achieve maximum capacity and full utilization across all available time slots
  • Responsible for managing the ABT-Floater positions to ensure that they are deployed correctly, utilized fully, and are receiving their minimum guaranteed hours
  • Track and manage the new sup onboarding calendar and Program Manager class process to ensure the appropriate team members are attending and completing training in a timely manner
  • Conduct audits on non-billable work for BTs across all assigned regions
  • Provide operational support to drive BT attrition lower through MITs, operational initiatives, pilot projects, and other assignments as needed
  • Manage school district staff requirements and staff/client cancellations related to ensure that fulfillment of ALP’s requirement per the IEP and/or district contract
  • Provide regional assistance with the tracking of and follow-up on BT competencies completion across various regions
  • Take a lead role in operational growth in the various assigned regions by leaning into operations meetings, using operational reports and data analysis to recommend changes, partnering with regional directors, and managing processes to see positive results
  • Collaborates with regional and support center departments to address needs and meet goals either independently or in collaboration with the Senior or Executive Director
  • Provide excellent customer service to new families/clients by explaining the steps involved in starting ABA services, answering questions, coordinating authorizations, and ensuring a care team is assigned in a timely manner
  • Ensure supervisors are properly leveraged in the various assigned regions
  • Analyze the demand forecast reports to identify areas for growth, BT hiring, regional support, and areas for regional improvement
  • Ensure the appropriate cadence of assessment reports are completed each week to keep to the growth targets set for the regions
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel for data analytics
  • Comfortable using Salesforce for data management and reporting

Education, Licenses, and Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field is strongly desired. Master’s degree in a related field is most preferred
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of ABA principles and practices is highly desirable

Experience

  • Prior experience at an ABA agency in a clinical or operations capacity is required
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership role overseeing administration or operations, preferably in a multi-region capacity required
  • Prior project or staff management experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
