Your Key Responsibilities:
- Serving as a Clinical Supervisor: You will lead multidisciplinary teams in the development and implementation of evidence-based interventions, provide coaching and training to behavior technicians, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Clinical Decision Making: Make informed, data-driven decisions that prioritize client well-being, family satisfaction, and positive outcomes.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Develop and implement effective leadership strategies to engage, motivate, and support staff, promoting a positive work environment and driving business results.
- Collaboration and Partnership: Foster strong relationships with colleagues, families, and community partners, promoting seamless communication, cooperation, and mutual respect.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program
- Enrolled in a BCBA program and/or obtaining hours towards certification preferred
- At least one year of experience providing clinical program management under the supervision of a BCBA
