We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Behavior Technician. This role will involve collaborating with experienced professionals to provide therapy to children and families in need of support.

As a Behavior Technician, you will have the opportunity to work closely with children and their families to achieve learning goals. You will use Applied Behavioral Analysis principles to teach communication skills, social skills, self-help skills, and play skills, and maintain accurate records of treatment data.

Salary

Our compensation package includes competitive hourly rates, with an additional $1 per hour for Spanish-speaking individuals. We also offer daily pay advances, allowing employees to access their earnings earlier, and extra pay for work performed after 6:30pm or on weekends.

Job Description

Key responsibilities of the Behavior Technician role include:

• Engaging in play and maintaining active participation with children during sessions.
• Recording treatment data accurately and consistently.
• Using Applied Behavioral Analysis principles to teach communication skills, social skills, self-help skills, and play skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Experience working with children, either paid or volunteer, or ABA experience.
• Proficiency in using technology, including iPads, tablets, and laptops, to capture client session data.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and car insurance.
• The ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times and engage with children in a playful and supportive manner.
