Key Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Developing and implementing individualized behavior interventions for children with ASD
* Providing one-on-one support and guidance to clients and their families
* Collaborating with the treatment team to develop and implement treatment plans
* Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess prior experience working with children or individuals with ASD, as well as a strong understanding of ABA principles and practices. You must also be able to pass the RBT exam before exiting training and meet certain physical requirements, such as being able to lift up to 35 pounds independently and repeatedly. Additionally, you must have access to reliable transportation, a valid TB test clearance, and be able to work in the Seal Beach/Long Beach area. Prior experience as an RBT or related field is highly preferred.
