Job Summary:
We are seeking energetic and passionate professionals to join our team as Registered Behavior Therapists (RBTs). As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with children with ASD, providing high-quality behavior intervention and support. Our team members receive extensive training and ongoing support from experienced supervisors and mentors.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized ABA therapy to children with ASD
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on each child's unique needs
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure comprehensive care
- Document progress and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for all clients
Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
- Prior experience working with children or individuals with ASD preferred
- Must pass the RBT certification exam within 12 months of hire date
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required
- Ability to lift, move, and carry objects weighing up to 35 pounds independently and repeatedly
