At Autism Partnership, we are devoted to raising the standards of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our team is passionate about making meaningful changes and leaving a lasting impact for families we serve and the field of ABA worldwide. We use Progressive ABA, which includes extensive orientation with ongoing training and support throughout an employee's employment. This approach focuses on individualized treatment, addressing the child's behaviors, communication, social, and play skills.

We offer guaranteed full-time positions for our center-based clinic in Seal Beach, CA, where staff receive ongoing support and professional development.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with children or with ASD. Must pass RBT exam before exiting training and have access to reliable transportation. Ability to lift, move, and carry objects weighing up to thirty-five pounds independently and repeatedly. Must be able to sit on the ground or small chairs and bend and move at the waist. Must pass a criminal background clearance through DOJ and FBI.
