What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at Autism Services of Lincoln?
Clinical Supervisors are Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) whose responsibilities include consulting on program development, conducting assessments to create individualized behavior intervention plans, adjusting treatment plans as needed, provide training and instruction to staff and parents on Applied Behavior Analysis, and overseeing implementation of data collection systems. This is an in-clinic position, no commuting necessary.
· Be at least 18 years old
· Hold a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
· Have and maintain current BCBA certification through the BACB
· Possess supervision qualifications in order to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians
· Pass a criminal background check
· Possess professional verbal and written communication skills
