Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, maintaining
administrative processes, and supporting staff and clients to ensure smooth business operations.
Experience with clinical billing is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and team members.
- Coordinate office supply orders and equipment maintenance.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, payroll processing, and employee records management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Manage clinical billing, including processing insurance claims, verifying patient information, and reconciling billing issues.
- Work closely with medical and administrative staff to optimize billing procedures and ensure timely reimbursement.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Experience with clinical billing, medical coding, or healthcare administration is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
